We are Aeteau College ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). We operate the website https://www.aeteau.college and related services.

Your Contributions are not spam, promotional materials, or unsolicited advertising
Your Contributions are not obscene, violent, harassing, or otherwise objectionable
Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law or regulation

By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy. The Services are hosted in the United States, and by using them, you consent to have your data transferred to and processed in the United States.

11. Term and Termination

We reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the Services to any person for any reason or for no reason.

We may terminate your use or participation in the Services or delete any content or information that you posted at any time, without warning.

If we terminate or suspend your account, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake name, or the name of any third party.

14. Dispute Resolution

Informal Negotiations

To expedite resolution and control costs, the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration.

Binding Arbitration

Important: If informal negotiations fail, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

You understand that without this provision, you would have the right to sue in court and have a jury trial.

Jurisdiction

These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in Palm Beach County, Florida.

16. Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
Warranties regarding accuracy or completeness of content
Warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation
Warranties regarding security of servers or personal information

17. Limitations of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever will at all times be limited to the lesser of the amount paid by you to us or $100.00 USD.
